Section 41-9-680 Creation; membership; appointment, qualifications, terms and compensation
of members; officers; meetings; quorum. There shall be created and established as herein provided
a board to be designated and known as the Alabama Music Hall of Fame Board. The board shall
be composed of seven members, who shall be appointed by the Governor of Alabama for terms
of six years each; provided, that of the first members appointed under any restructured board,
two shall serve for two years and two shall serve for four years, as the Governor may direct.

Massage Therapy. The purpose of the board is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of
the public by ensuring that licensed massage therapists, massage therapy schools, and massage

Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing, which
shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated
