Section 41-4-412 Alabama Construction Industry Craft Training Program; Craft Training Board. (a) It is the intent of the Legislature to establish and provide for a coordinated effort between the construction industry and institutions of higher education and other entities, including, but not limited to, union training programs, to enhance the availability and quality of programs which promote construction industry craft training and education, and thereby enhance the availability and competence of the work force for supporting the industry. She began a crusade her senior year of high school in 2004 to end the silence and shame around sexual abuse. Erin's Law has been adopted in a number of states to help address the problem of child sexual abuse. (2) The intent of Erin's Law is to shatter the silence and stigma around child sexual abuse, and to educate children and empower them to recognize and to report abuse.
