Section 41-29-334 Alignment of training and instruction; development of Alabama Industry Recognized
and Registered Apprenticeship model. (a) The Alabama Office of Apprenticeship, in consultation

Section 40-17-371 Cost of collection; distribution of tax proceeds. (a) The Alabama Department
of Revenue shall retain one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the tax proceeds, less any refunds,
from this additional excise tax on gasoline and diesel fuel for its cost of collection. The
department may adopt rules and such forms as may be necessary for the administration of the
excise tax provided for in this article. (b) Each month, prior to the remaining payments provided
in this article, up to $750,000 of the tax proceeds from the additional excise tax on gasoline
and up to $230,000 of the tax proceeds from the additional excise tax on diesel fuel shall
be distributed first to the Alabama Highway Finance Corporation for the payment of the principal
of and interest on bonds to be issued by it to finance improvements to the ship channel providing
access to the facilities of the Alabama State Docks, to the extent necessary for such purpose.

Section 40-18-140 Contribution designations. (a)(1) Each Alabama resident individual income
taxpayer desiring to contribute to any of the programs listed in subsection (b) may designate
an amount of his or her refund, rounded off in whole dollars, in an appropriate box on the

law or ordinance regarding standardization of local levies, no later than October 31, 2019,
the Department of Revenue shall develop and make available a system which allows any taxpayer
required to timely file and remit a county motor fuel tax calculated on a per gallon basis
or municipal motor fuel license tax calculated on a per gallon basis the capability to file
and remit motor fuel tax returns and payments through an electronic single point of filing
program. The system shall be available for use by any taxpayer for tax periods after September
30, 2019, provided the taxpayer complies with this article and any rules adopted by the department

(a) For the purposes of this article, the term trail means any form of paved or unpaved trail
including freshwater and saltwater paddling trails. The term trail user community includes,

Section 9-21-7 Aquatic Plant Management Program; disposition of funds. (a) This section constitutes
the Aquatic Plant Management Program. (b) The amount of the Aquatic Plant Management Fund
at the end of each fiscal year in excess of 10 percent of the total amount of the fund may
be awarded for aquatic plant management. Allotments of the collections in excess of the 10
percent of the total amount of the fund may be used only to support the Aquatic Plant Management

admitted into a pretrial diversion program established under this division, it shall be appropriate
for the district attorney to consider any of the following circumstances: (1) If the offender
is 18 years of age or older at the time the offense was committed. (2) There is a probability

Section 16-47-240 Alabama Rural Hospital Resource Center. (a) The University of Alabama at
Birmingham shall establish the Alabama Rural Hospital Resource Center. (b) The purpose of
the resource center is to facilitate access to high quality care for rural Alabamians and
improve their health by increasing the viability and capabilities of eligible hospitals at
no or minimal cost to those hospitals. (c) For the purposes of this section, the following
