Section 29-2-122 Joint Legislative Oversight committee - Assistance; compensation of members; expenses. The Secretary of the Senate, the Clerk of the House of Representatives, the Legislative Reference Service, the Legislative Fiscal Office, and the Examiners of Public Accounts shall provide any assistance as may be necessary at the committee's request. Each member of the committee shall be entitled to his or her regular legislative compensation, his or her per diem and travel expenses for each day he or she attends a meeting of the committee which shall be paid out of any funds appropriated for the use of the Legislature, upon warrants drawn on the state Comptroller upon requisitions signed by the committee's chair; provided, however, that members shall not receive additional legislative compensation or per diem when the Legislature is in session but they shall receive their travel expenses for all meetings attended. (a) Applications for original license shall be made to the board in writing under oath on forms prescribed by the board and shall be accompanied by the required fee, which is not refundable. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way.
