Section 22-14-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) BY-PRODUCT MATERIAL. Any radioactive material, except special nuclear material, yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing special nuclear material. (2) IONIZING RADIATION. Gamma rays and X rays; alpha and beta particles, high-speed electrons, neutrons, protons and other nuclear particles; but not sound or radio waves or visible, infrared or ultraviolet light. (3) LICENSE - GENERAL AND SPECIFIC: a. General License. Section 22-37A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) ACCREDITED INDIVIDUAL. (a) The court must require a conservator to furnish a bond payable to the judge of probate conditioned upon faithful discharge of all duties of the trust according to law, with sureties as it shall specify. Section 5-22-3 Record of currency transactions; report on written request; when no longer required; compliance with federal law sufficient; multiple transactions; disclosures.
