Section 11-89A-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Any bonds issued by the authority shall be revenue bonds and shall be payable solely out of such revenues of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which they shall be authorized to be issued. Any such proceedings may provide that the bonds therein authorized shall be payable solely out of the revenues derived from the operation of any facility or facilities owned by the authority, regardless of the fact that those bonds may have been issued with respect to or for the benefit of a certain facility or facilities of the authority. Section 36-28-8 Contribution Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Contribution Fund. Section 11-92A-15 Security for bonds. (a) In the discretion of the board of directors of an authority, any bonds may be secured by an indenture between an authority and a trustee, which may be any trust company or bank having trust powers, whether such trust company or bank is located within or without the state. Section 2-3A-55 Refunding bonds. Pursuant to the provisions of Amendment 619 and this article, the authority may, at any time and from time to time, issue for the state refunding bonds of the state for the purpose of refunding any or all of the bonds authorized by the aforesaid amendment then outstanding (including any refunding bonds that may have been previously issued), whether such refunding shall occur before, at or after the maturity of the bonds to be refunded. (a) There shall be in the State Treasury a fund to be known as the Employment Security Administration Fund.
