Section 22-3A-2 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, shall have the following respective meanings: (1) AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (2) BONDS. The bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter. (3) COUNTY BOARD(S) OF HEALTH. County board(s) of health provided for in Chapter 3 of Subtitle 1 of Title 22. (4) DIRECTORS. The board of directors of the authority. (5) GOVERNMENT SECURITIES. Section 22-29-10 Bonds - Presumption of validity; contest of validity. Each authorizing resolution or an indenture of trust provided for therein shall contain a recital that the bonds therein authorized are issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, which recital shall be conclusive evidence that said bonds have been duly authorized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, notwithstanding the provisions of any other law now in force or hereafter enacted or amended. Section 11-50A-11 Validation of contracts. When payments required by the provisions of Section 11-50A-17 to be made by any municipality authorized to contract with the authority pursuant to Section 11-50A-17 are pledged as security for the payment of bonds sought to be validated, the petition for validation shall make parties defendant to that action every municipality which has contracted with the authority for the output, capacity, use or service of the project for which bonds are sought to be validated.
