Section 41-10-421 Real Estate Commission Building Authority established; composition; powers.
There is hereby established the Real Estate Commission Building Authority composed of the
Governor, the Chairman of the Real Estate Commission, the Director of the Building Commission,
the Lieutenant Governor and the Speaker of the House who together with the Board of Directors
of the Real Estate Commission shall be a public corporation for the purposes herein stated.
Such corporation shall have all the powers, authorities, rights, privileges and title that
may be necessary to enable it to implement the purposes of this article. The provisions of

Section 41-16-72 Procurement of professional services. Any other provision of law notwithstanding,
the procurement of professional services by any agency, department, board, bureau, commission,
authority, public corporation, or instrumentality of the State of Alabama shall be conducted

Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved,
adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes.

Section 41-10-424 Board of directors. (a) The authority shall be governed by a board of directors,
constituted as provided for in this section. All powers of the authority shall be exercised
by said board or pursuant to its authorization. The directors shall elect officers of the
