Section 45-37A-56.33 Bonds of the authority. The authority shall have the power and is hereby
authorized at any time and from time to time to issue and sell its interest bearing revenue
bonds for any of its corporate purposes. The principal of and the interest on all such bonds
shall be payable solely from, and may be secured by a pledge of, the revenues derived by the
authority from the operation of any or all of its parking facilities and other property, or
by mortgage of any property of the authority. None of the bonds issued or contracts entered
into by the authority shall ever constitute or create an obligation or debt of the state,
or of any county, city, or town within the state, or a charge against the credit or taxing
powers of the state, or of any county, city, or town within the state. Bonds of the authority

Section 9-13-184 Participation by county commissions in fire protection program of State Forestry
Commission - Assessments against owners of forestlands for costs - Time and manner of payment;
reports to tax assessors; lien on property for payment. Any assessment fixed as provided in
Section 9-13-183 shall be payable at the same time and in the same manner as county taxes,
and the owner of the forestlands, as defined in this division, in those counties becoming
subject to the provisions of this division shall make report of same to the tax assessor of
the county at the time fixed by law for making return of other property of such property owner.

Section 9-17-24 Notification requirement; hearing; fees; Alabama Oil and Gas Board Special
Fund. (a) Any person desiring or proposing to drill any well in search of oil or gas or any
person proposing to drill a Class II injection well as defined in the Federal Safe Drinking
Water Act, 42 U.S.C. ยง 300f et seq., before commencing the drilling of any such well, shall
notify the State Oil and Gas Supervisor upon the form as the State Oil and Gas Supervisor

Section 11-40-64 Nature of rights and remedies. (a) Any Class 2 municipality to which this
article applies may proceed with judicial in rem foreclosures of municipal code liens in accordance
