Section 20-2-113 Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Program - Established; review committee; rules and regulations; formulation with federal agencies. There is hereby established by the State Board of Medical Examiners the Controlled Substances Therapeutic Research Program. The board shall administer the program by a review committee. The board shall promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary for the proper administration and implementation of the program. Such promulgations shall be formulated to consider those pertinent rules and regulations promulgated by the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency, Food and Drug Administration and the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
