Section 11-50A-6 Board of directors; election committee; meetings; officers; compensation; recordkeeping. (a) The board of directors of the authority shall be elected by the duly designated representatives of the municipalities which are authorized and directed to designate a member of the election committee as hereinafter provided in this section. Until the first meeting of the board of directors following the meeting in 2015 of the election committee hereinafter provided for, the board of directors shall consist of nine members; thereafter, the board shall consist of the number of members equal to the number of municipalities contracting with the authority for the purchase of electric power and energy pursuant to Section 11-50A-17, which are authorized and directed to designate a member of the election committee. Section 40-12-270 Disbursement of net proceeds from license taxes and registration fees; Secondary Road Committee created. Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the sum of the current violation plus prior violations of this subsection. (a) By January 1, 2016, existing risk retention groups shall be in compliance with the governance standards set forth in this section. New risk retention groups shall be in compliance with these standards at the time of licensure.
