Section 40-9B-4 Authorization of abatement. Section 41-14A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) AVERAGE MONTHLY BALANCE OF PUBLIC DEPOSITS. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, other than the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, to sell at retail in Calhoun County any spirituous or vinous liquors without first obtaining a special license from the judge of probate that shall be in addition to all other licenses required by law.
