Section 12-10A-4 Funding. (a) To provide the employer's costs to implement the uniform pay
plan adopted by this chapter, there is appropriated to the Unified Judicial System from the
State General Fund the following amounts: For fiscal year 2000-2001, nine million five hundred
thousand dollars ($9,500,000); for fiscal year 2001-2002, twelve million five hundred thousand
dollars ($12,500,000); for fiscal year 2002-2003 and each subsequent fiscal year thereafter,
fourteen million one hundred thousand dollars ($14,100,000). (b) There is appropriated from
the State Treasury to the Supreme Court of Alabama the amount of two hundred thousand dollars
($200,000) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, and each fiscal year thereafter,
to be used for the furtherance of attorney professionalism and the statewide coordination

Section 32-6-17 Cancellation, suspension, or revocation - Reinstatement; fees. (a) Any person
whose driving license has been cancelled, suspended, or revoked under Section 32-5A-195 or
any other provision of Alabama law by the Director of Public Safety or by any court of competent
jurisdiction shall, upon application for reinstatement of the driving license, pay to the

Section 15-20A-45 Penalties. (a) A sex offender who is convicted of any offense specified in
this chapter, in addition to any imprisonment or fine, or both, and in addition to any other
fees, costs, and assessments, imposed for the commission of the underlying offense, shall

Section 41-16-77 Violations; void contracts; opportunity to compete; relation to other laws.
(a) Any person who willfully or intentionally violates this article shall be subject to a
civil penalty of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) and not to exceed five thousand

Section 15-27-4 Administrative filing fee; indigency. (a) In addition to any cost of court
or docket fee for filing the petition in circuit court, an administrative filing fee of three
