Section 25-8-35 Prohibited occupations and places for individuals under 16 years of age. (a)
No individual under 16 years of age shall be employed, permitted, or suffered to work at any
of the following occupations, positions, or places: (1) Operating or assisting in operating
any sandpaper or wood polishing machinery, any washing, grinding, or mixing machinery, or
commercial laundry equipment. (2) Operating or assisting in operating any machines used in
picking wool, cotton, hair, or any other material. (3) In any work in or about a rolling mill,
machine shop, or manufacturing establishment which is hazardous or dangerous to health, limb,

Section 33-13-1 Definitions. The following words and phrases, wherever used in this chapter,
and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of clear implication
otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AUTHORITY. The public

Section 37-13-14 Bonds of authority - Disposition of proceeds from sale of bonds. The proceeds
derived from the sale of any bonds (other than refunding bonds) may be used only to pay the
costs of acquiring, constructing, improving, enlarging and equipping the railroad properties

Section 45-46-90.01 Definitions. (a) Wherever used in this article, unless a different meaning
clearly appears in the context, the following terms and others evidently intended as the equivalent
