Section 45-49-245.02 Disposition of funds. Within 21 days of the receipt of the fees required by this section, the Tax Collector of Mobile County shall pay the following amounts as designated for each stamp fee received: (1) Thirty cents ($0.30) to the University of South Alabama Medical Center to help provide for the costs of medical care. (2) Three cents ($0.03) to Mobile County to be used for providing emergency ambulance service in the underserved areas of Mobile County. Section 22-37A-5 Certification of persons engaged in lead hazard reduction on activities; powers of board. (a) Before engaging in lead hazard reduction activities, a person, firm, or corporation shall be certified by the board as specified in this chapter. This subsection shall not apply to an individual performing lead abatement on a structure, or the portion of a structure that is used as his or her private residence. Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings thereon.
