Section 45-21-84.38 Transaction fee - Certain transactions. Effective September 1, 2007, and upon approval of the county commission, a special transaction fee of four dollars ($4) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate on any transaction occurring in, or under the jurisdiction of, the judge of probate. What constitutes an applicable transaction under this section shall be determined by the judge of probate. This amount shall be in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected.
