Section 23-1-331 Definitions. Where used in this article, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) BRIDGE REPLACEMENT. Bridge replacement includes the replacement of existing bridge structures and, if necessary, the realignment of the adjacent approaches. (a) All party states shall participate in a coordinated licensure information system of all licensed registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. This system shall include information on the licensure and disciplinary history of each nurse, as submitted by party states, to assist in the coordination of nurse licensure and enforcement efforts.
