Section 41-10-725 Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute - Powers. The institute shall
have the following powers: (1) To design, implement, and amend a program or programs to provide
for the recruitment of, and the promotion of training programs and opportunities for, new
craft trade workers for the construction industry and the users of the construction industry.

Section 34-23-90 Authority; composition. (a) The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is vested
with the authority to carry out the purposes of and enforce this chapter. The board shall
consist of five members who are citizens of this state. The members of the board shall be
licensed pharmacists who have been licensed in this state for a minimum of five years and
who are actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy or pharmacy administration, or both.
(b) Three members shall be appointed by the Governor. Of the three appointed members, one

Section 41-14A-6 Establishment of SAFE board of directors; powers and duties of the board of
directors. (a) There is hereby established a Board of Directors of the SAFE Program charged
with responsibility and authority to assess and manage the sufficiency of the collateral pool

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October
1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues and upon

Section 45-37-123.21 Designation of administrative authority. (a) General administration. The
role of the pension board is established by the State of Alabama through legislative act.
The pension board is responsible for the general administration and proper operation of the
