Section 36-27-49.3 Purchase of credit for up to four years of active full-time military service; limitations. (a) Whenever used in this section, all words and phrases defined in Section 36-27-1 and Section 16-25-1 and Title 12, Chapter 18, shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in such sections and chapter, unless the context clearly indicates that a different meaning is intended.
