Section 9-14-29 Applicability of provisions of article. The provisions of this article shall not apply to or authorize the leasing of any tent camping or trailer park facility, except at Camden State Park, nor do the provisions of this article authorize, for a period of three years beginning with the date of the official opening of all newly constructed facilities at said state park, the leasing of the lodge and the food service facilities at the beach pavilion at the state park presently designated as Lake Guntersville State Park. It is further provided that the provisions of this article shall not apply to concession operations at special events at the state parks, which events do not exceed 72 hours. In addition, the provisions of this article shall not apply to state parks concession operations receiving gross receipts of $100,000.00 or less annually. Section 32-5B-4 Safety belt requirements for occupants of passenger cars; exemptions. (a)(1) Each occupant of a passenger car manufactured with safety belts in compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 208 shall have a safety belt properly fastened about his or her body at all times when the vehicle is in motion. (2) An adult occupant of a passenger car in violation of subdivision (1) shall be the proper person to be charged with the violation. Whenever the board has adopted a master plan for the district, no street, square, park, or other public way ground or open space, public building or structure, or public utility, whether privately or publicly owned, shall be constructed or authorized in the district until the location, character, and extent thereof has been submitted to and approved by the board.
