Section 22-25B-12 Relation to other laws. (a) Except as specifically provided herein, this chapter is not intended to apply to small-flow cluster systems as defined in Section 22-25B-1 and is supplemental to all other laws and administrative rules and is not intended to repeal or replace any existing statute except to the extent that there is a direct conflict. In such case, this chapter shall control. Any individual, company, or other entity installing, maintaining, repairing, servicing, or manufacturing wastewater systems including single family and small-flow cluster systems, cluster wastewater systems, and community wastewater systems must obtain an appropriate license from the Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board pursuant to Chapter 21A, of Title 34, or from the ADEM. Section 32-6-31 Terms of compact. The Driver License Compact is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in the form substantially as follows: Driver License Compact Article I Findings and Declaration of Policy (a) The party states find that: (1) The safety of their streets and highways is materially affected by the degree of compliance with state and local ordinances relating to the operation of motor vehicles.
