Section 9-15-43 Sales of school lands - Disposition of revenues from sales. Any revenue derived from the sale of school lands shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the Treasurer to be deposited to the proper township or townships as provided for by the Constitution and laws of Alabama. A report of such sale shall be immediately forwarded by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the State Superintendent of Education, and such report shall show an accurate and legal description of the lands sold.
