Section 9-14A-5 Alabama Public Historical Sites and Parks Improvement Corporation. (a) The Governor, the Lieutenant Governor or his or her designee, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate or his or her designee, the Speaker of the House of Representatives or his or her designee, the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and the Director of Finance of the state may become a corporation, with the powers and authorities hereinafter provided, by proceeding according to the provisions of this chapter. Section 9-14E-1 Definitions. The following terms as used in this section shall have the following meanings: (1) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (2) GOVERNOR. Section 9-11-282 Agreements to apply separately to waters lying between Alabama and each agreeing bordering state; hunting privileges limited to waterfowl.
