Section 32-8-64.2 Release of certain liens. (a) Except for liens and security interests listed
on certificates of title for travel trailers or vehicles that weigh more than 12,000 pounds
gross weight, which shall be satisfied only in conformity with Section 32-8-64, any lien or
security interest shall be considered satisfied and release shall not be required after four
years from the date of the security agreement as recorded on the certificate of title for
vehicles which are 12 or more model years old. Nothing in this section shall preclude the
perfection of a lien or security agreement, or the perfection of an extension of a lien or
security agreement beyond a period of four years, by application for a new certificate of

Section 40-29-20 Lien for taxes - Generally. If any person liable to pay any tax, other than
ad valorem tax, neglects or refuses to pay the same, the amount (including any interest, additional
amount, addition to tax, or assessable penalty together with any costs that may accrue in

Section 11-53B-9 Sale of property upon default. (a) Any property owner, notwithstanding his
or her default, may pay the assessment lien with interest and all costs if tendered before
a sale of the property. (b) The cost of any notice and sale resulting from a default on paying

Section 35-8-17 Liens in favor of association. The association shall have a lien on each unit
for any unpaid assessment duly made by the association for a share of common expenses, limited
common expenses or otherwise, together with interest thereon and, if authorized by the declaration
