Section 35-10-23 Partial payments - Notices or demands to enter partial payments or satisfaction. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
