Section 2-29-8 Investigation of applicants and complaints against commission merchants by commissioner; conduct of proceedings as to revocation of permits. The commissioner, with the approval of the Board of Agriculture and Industries, may establish official stations for the inspection of grain at any town or place where grain is bought, sold, marketed, stored or manufactured.
