Section 22-14-6 Licensing or registration of persons dealing with radioactive materials. (a) The agency shall provide, by rule or regulation, for general or specific licensing of persons to receive, possess or transfer by-product, source, special nuclear materials, devices or equipment utilizing such materials, or any other radioactive materials occurring naturally or produced artificially. Such rule or regulation shall provide for amendment, suspension, or revocation of licenses and shall require that each applicant for licensure be a citizen of the United States or, if not a citizen of the United States, a person who is legally present in the United States with appropriate documentation from the federal government. (a) Any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or joint venture desiring to engage in the business as a fire alarm contractor shall submit to the State Fire Marshal on standard forms provided by the State Fire Marshal a completed application.
