Section 34-42-3 Health care services. Whenever the services provided for in Section 34-42-2
are health care services, including, but not limited to, the prescribing or dispensing of
pharmaceutical products, then the services shall only be provided to the Olympic Family or
Paralympic Family at the sites designated by either ACOG or APOC. Persons exempted from licensure
by this chapter who provide the health care services shall provide services only to members
of the Olympic Family or Paralympic Family at the sites designated by either ACOG or APOC.
Persons exempted from licensure by this chapter who provide the health care services shall
provide services only to those members of the Olympic Family or Paralympic Family who are
citizens or members of the delegation of that provider's sponsoring country as credentialed

Section 27-20A-1 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this chapter, and others

Section 22-56-7 Abuse, exploitation, neglect - Providers to implement written policies and
procedures. All providers of mental health services in Alabama shall develop and implement
written policies and procedures that prohibit abuse, exploitation, or neglect of consumers
in programs operated by the providers. At a minimum, these policies and procedures shall accomplish
the following: (1) Affirm and safeguard the rights of a consumer stated pursuant to this chapter.

Section 38-9A-2 Individual and Family Support Program. (a) The Individual and Family Support
Program is created and shall be administered through a system of regional support councils
and their affiliated community councils and a state council. One regional support council
is created and incorporated as a private nonprofit corporation in each of the mental retardation
