Section 15-18-179 Application for incorporation; certificate of incorporation; amendment; board
of directors; dissolution; funding; competitive bidding laws not applicable. (a) A public
corporation may be organized as a community punishment and corrections authority pursuant
to this article in any county or group of counties located in one or more judicial circuits.
In order to incorporate the public corporation, any number of natural persons, not less than
three, who are duly qualified electors of a proposed county or counties shall first file a
written application with the county commission or any two or more thereof. The application
shall contain all of the following: (1) The names of each county commission with which the
application is filed. (2) A statement that the applicants propose to incorporate an authority
pursuant to this article. (3) The proposed location of the principal office of the authority.

Section 34-14-7 Apprentice permit; hearing aid specialist license; supervision and training.
(a) An applicant who fulfills the requirements regarding age, character, education, and health,
as set forth in subsection (a) of Section 34-14-4, may obtain an apprentice permit upon application
to the board and payment of any required application and permit fees as prescribed by rule
of the board. (b) Upon receiving an application as provided under this section and accompanied

Section 34-25B-13 Application fees; issuance of license; denial of application. (a) Upon receipt
of an application for a license pursuant to this chapter, nonrefundable, nonprorateable application
fees shall be submitted to the board by the applicant for the following services: (1) A request
that the Alabama Bureau of Investigation compare the fingerprints submitted with the application

Section 34-14-3 Licenses - Issuance; reciprocity; complaints; fees. (a) The board shall register
each applicant without discrimination who pays an examination fee as prescribed by rule of

Section 34-17A-14 Disciplinary actions. (a) The board may deny, revoke, or suspend a license
granted pursuant to this chapter or otherwise discipline a licensee on any of the following
grounds: (1) Conviction of a crime which the board determines to be of a nature as to render

shall include the privilege of administering parenteral sedation in accordance with this section.
The issuance of a permit for parenteral sedation shall include the privilege of administering
