Section 34-41-19 Denial, suspension, or revocation of license. The board may refuse to grant
or renew, or may suspend or revoke the license of any person licensed under this chapter who:
(1) Has violated this chapter or any rule or regulation of the board. (2) Has been convicted
of a misdemeanor under this chapter. (3) Has been found guilty of gross unprofessional conduct,
dishonest practice, incompetence, including but not limited to obtaining a license under this
chapter through fraud or deceit, and aiding or abetting another person in obtaining a license
by fraud or deceit. (4) Has been convicted of a criminal felony charge impinging on the moral
and ethical character of the individual and the profession. (5) Has suffered revocation, suspension,
or denial of a certificate or license to practice geology for any reason in another state.

Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board Fund. (a) The Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing
Board is established within the Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities.
The board shall consist of seven members, including four licensed behavior analysts, one licensed
psychologist in the state, one parent or legal guardian of a person being treated for a behavior

Section 34-17A-14 Disciplinary actions. (a) The board may deny, revoke, or suspend a license
granted pursuant to this chapter or otherwise discipline a licensee on any of the following
grounds: (1) Conviction of a crime which the board determines to be of a nature as to render

Section 34-21-25 Denial, suspension, or revocation of license; administrative fines; voluntary
disciplinary alternative program. (a) For disciplinary purposes, the board may adopt, levy,

Section 34-7B-10 Suspension or revocation of license or permit; penalties. (a) The board may
