Section 34-4-7 Penalties. (a) Any person violating this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be
guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, subject to a fine or imprisonment, or both. (b) Any person,

Section 5-22-6 Criminal penalties. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section,
a person who willfully violates any provision of Section 5-22-3 shall in addition to other
penalties provided by law, be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall

Section 8-6-18 Criminal penalties for violations of article; enforcement; scienter. (a) A person
who willfully violates Section 8-6-3 or Section 8-6-4, upon conviction, shall be guilty of
