Section 34-37-16 Restrictions. (a) No person shall use nor allow their certificate to enable anyone other than the certificate holder and his or her employees directly supervised by the certificate holder to perform plumbing or gas fitting. Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes. (a) All state chartered credit unions shall pay an annual operating fee and, if deemed necessary by the administrator, an assessment, the exact amount of which shall be fixed from time to time by the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration.
