Section 32-12-20 Definition; parent or guardian not to authorize or permit violations. It is unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required by this chapter. Such activities, when engaged in by a person who is not licensed, are a public nuisance and harmful to the public health, safety, and welfare.
