Section 31-14-4 Military Stability Program. There is established within the State Treasury
the Military Stability Program. All state appropriations and any other funds collected pursuant
to this chapter are appropriated for the purposes provided in this chapter and shall be deposited
to the credit of the program. Any funds remaining in the Military Stability Program fund at
the end of a fiscal year shall remain in the program and are reappropriated until expended

Section 45-41-141.11 Disposition of funds. (a) The treasurer shall establish or cause to be
established in the county treasury a district fire protection fund for each district in which
a financial charge is then being levied and collected, and shall maintain such district fire
protection fund, or cause it to be maintained, so long as such district exists and such financial
charge is levied and collected therein. The proceeds derived for the levy and collection of
a financial charge within any district and paid over to the treasurer pursuant to Section

Section 41-19A-3 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) AGENCY. Any recipient of state funds. (2) DIRECTED, DIRECTIVE,

Section 34-30-6 Disposition of fees; separate fund created; disbursements from fund by board.
(a) All fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be nonrefundable and shall be deposited
in the State Treasury to the credit of the Board of Social Work Examiners and shall constitute
a separate fund to be disbursed as prescribed in subsection (b) of this section. (b) For the

Section 40-29A-4 Advertising expenses; disposition of funds. (a) The commissioner shall also

Section 45-17-140 Fire protection service fee. (a) The provisions of this section shall apply
only to those portions of Colbert County located outside the corporate boundaries of the Cities
