Section 16-25A-7 Authorization and execution of contracts; evidence of coverage; denial of
claims. (a) The board is hereby authorized to execute a contract or contracts to provide for
the benefits or the administration of the plan determined in accordance with the provisions
of this article. Such contract or contracts may be executed with one or more agencies or corporations
licensed to transact or administer group health insurance business in this state. All of the
benefits to be provided under this article may be included in one or more similar contracts
issued by the same or different companies. The board is further authorized to develop a plan
whereby it may become self-insured upon its finding that such arrangement would be financially
advantageous to the state and plan participants. (b) Before entering into any contract or

Section 20-2-214 Limited access to database permitted for certain persons or entities. (a)
The following persons or entities shall be permitted access to the information in the controlled
substances database, subject to the limitations indicated below: (1) Authorized representatives

Section 25-5-339 Confidentiality of information. (a) All information, interviews, reports,
statements, memoranda, and test results, written or otherwise, received by the employer through
a substance abuse testing program are confidential communications, but may be used or received
in evidence, obtained in discovery, or disclosed in any civil or administrative proceeding,
except as provided in subsection (c). (b) Employers, laboratories, medical review officers,
employee assistance programs, drug or alcohol rehabilitation programs, and their agents who
receive or have access to information concerning test results shall keep all information confidential.

Section 34-27A-10 Written examinations for licensure. (a) Except as provided in Section 34-27A-7,

Section 34-29-68 Records to be kept; issuances and denials of licenses; what records are confidential.
The board shall keep records of its proceedings in a book provided for that purpose, especially
with relation to the issuance, denial, renewal, suspension, and revocation of licenses to

Section 5-13B-82 Application to establish and maintain a branch or agency - Contents. (a) A
foreign bank, in order to procure a license under this article to establish and maintain an
Alabama state branch or Alabama state agency shall submit an application to the superintendent.
