Section 34-20-11 Issuance of license; fee for temporary emergency permit. An applicant for a license as a nursing home administrator who has: (1) Successfully complied with the educational and training requirements of this chapter and of the rules and regulations of the board promulgated under this chapter; and (2) Has paid an application fee established by the board pursuant to its rule-making authority for all applicants; and (3) Qualified for and passed the examination provided for in this chapter; shall be issued a license on a form provided for that purpose by the board, certifying that the applicant has met the requirements of the laws, rules, and regulations entitling him or her to serve, act, practice, and otherwise hold himself or herself out as a duly licensed nursing home administrator and has paid a fee established by the board pursuant to its rule-making authority for original licensure.
