Section 23-2-167 Definitions. THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2019-501 IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024. TO SEE THE AMENDED VERSION, SEE THE VERSION LABELED PENDING.
