Section 34-24-276 Suspension or revocation; members of board immune from suit. (a) A license issued to any person may be suspended for a definite period of time, revoked, or limited, or a licensee may be reprimanded, or an application for licensure or renewal of licensure may be denied by the State Board of Podiatry for any of the following reasons: (1) Conviction of any offense involving moral turpitude, in which case the record of conviction or a certified copy thereof certified by the clerk of the court or by the judge in which court the conviction is had shall be conclusive evidence of such conviction. (a) A psychological technician who practices in a jurisdiction outside of the state shall not be required to receive supervision for services rendered in that jurisdiction so long as the services are rendered in a manner consistent with the legal requirements of the jurisdiction. Section 34-26-43 Fees; disposition of revenues of board; payment of expenses. There shall be paid to the board by each applicant for a permanent license to practice as a psychologist or a psychological technician a fee not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), as set by board rule.
