Section 25-5-77 Expenses of medical and surgical treatment, vocational rehabilitation, medicine, etc.; medical examinations; review by ombudsman of medical services. Section 34-25A-12 Fees. (a) The board shall promulgate rules and regulations for all licensure fees, registration fees, renewal fees, and accreditation fees. (a) The board shall issue a license certificate to each person whom it licenses as a speech-language pathologist or audiologist, or both. Section 34-8-2 Licensure and classification of contractors.
