Section 40-21-53 Electric, hydroelectric, gas, or any other public utility - License tax - Credit on electric bills for certain persons. Section 45-37-123.103 Death benefits. (a) Preretirement death benefits. A vested member's beneficiary is entitled to a preretirement joint survivorship pension, as described below.
