Section 34-29-68 Records to be kept; issuances and denials of licenses; what records are confidential. The board shall keep records of its proceedings in a book provided for that purpose, especially with relation to the issuance, denial, renewal, suspension, and revocation of licenses to practice veterinary medicine. All licenses issued by the board shall be numbered and recorded by the executive director in a file for that purpose. Where a license is denied by the board to any applicant under this article, the facts and grounds of denial shall be entered in the minutes of the board. The issuance or denial of a license shall be noted along with the names of those board members present and the file shall be maintained by the board. Information received by the board through applications, complaints, inspections, and investigations shall be confidential and shall not be disclosed, except in a proceeding involving the question of the issuance of a license or disciplinary proceedings...

Section 16-47-128 Failure of recipient to perform loan agreement grounds for revocation of medical license; revocation proceedings. The failure of a recipient of a loan to perform his or her agreement with the Board of Medical Scholarship Awards or to pay the amount he or she is liable for under this division shall constitute a ground for the revocation of his or her license to practice medicine.
