Section 2-26-71 Creation of Seed Investigation and Arbitration Committee; composition; qualifications, appointment and terms of office of members; officers; meetings generally. There is hereby created and established a Seed Investigation and Arbitration Committee to be appointed by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries to consist of five members.
