Section 27-22A-7 Application for license and fees. (a) A sworn application for a license under this chapter shall be made to and filed with the department on forms prescribed and furnished by the commissioner. (b) The application shall provide all of the following: (1) The name, residence address, and other information required by the commissioner for an employee or officer of the vendor that is designated by the applicant as the person responsible for the vendor's compliance with the requirements of this chapter. However, if the vendor derives more than 50 percent of its revenue from the sale of portable electronics insurance the information noted above shall be provided for all officers, directors, and shareholders of record having beneficial ownership of 10 percent or more of any class of securities registered under the federal securities law. Section 30-3C-8 Emergency measures to prevent abduction. (a) In response to a petition filed under this chapter, before a hearing on the matter, the court may enter an ex parte order for emergency measures to prevent abduction, including an ex parte warrant to take physical custody of the child, or an order for any other emergency relief as necessary to prevent abduction of a child, including imposing travel restrictions with the child, on the petitioner or the respondent or on both the petitioner and the respondent. Section 40-23-4 Exemptions. (a) There are exempted from the provisions of this division and from the computation of the amount of the tax levied, assessed, or payable under this division the following: (1) The gross proceeds of the sales of lubricating oil and gasoline as defined in Sections 40-17-30 and 40-17-170 and the gross proceeds from those sales of lubricating oil destined for out-of-state use which are transacted in a manner whereby an out-of-state purchaser takes delivery of such oil at a distributor's plant within this state and transports it out-of-state, which are otherwise taxed.
