Section 41-1-20 Establishment of remittance requirements; applicability; payment procedures. Section 34-2-36 Penalties; hearing; enforcement; appeal. (a) On or after April 28, 1999, any person who knowingly, willfully, or intentionally violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Each day of violation shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. Section 10A-2A-12.02 Stockholder approval of certain dispositions. (a) A sale, lease, exchange, or other disposition of assets, other than a disposition described in Section 10A-2A-12.01, requires approval of the corporation's stockholders if the disposition would leave the corporation without a significant continuing business activity. (a) A commission shall promptly consider any application for the issuance or transfer of a horse racing facility license submitted to it and shall grant or deny the issuance or transfer of such license based on all information before it, including the results of investigations it deems appropriate.
