Section 25-1-20 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases
shall have the following meanings: (1) DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICE. Any practice made unlawful
by this article. (2) EMPLOYER. Any person employing 20 or more employees for each working
day in each of 20 or more calendar weeks in the current or preceding calendar year, including
any agent of that person. (3) EMPLOYMENT AGENCY. Any person regularly undertaking, with or
without compensation, to procure employees for an employer or to procure for employees opportunities
to work for an employer, including any agent of that person. (4) LABOR ORGANIZATION. Any organization

Section 34-11-2 Practice of engineering and land surveying regulated. (a) A person in either
public or private capacity may not practice or offer to practice engineering or land surveying,
unless he or she shall first have submitted evidence that he or she is qualified so to practice
and shall be licensed by the board as hereinafter provided or unless he or she is specifically

Section 34-23-3 State drug investigators. Each state drug investigator employed by the board
following the passage of this chapter must furnish satisfactory proof to the board that he
or she is a person of good moral character and that in the judgment of the members of the
board he or she has sufficient knowledge of the laws pertaining to the practice of pharmacy
and law enforcement to enable him or her to carry out his or her duties as an investigator
consistent with this chapter. Each state drug investigator employed by the board shall serve
an apprenticeship of a minimum of six months working with and under the supervision of the
