Section 34-21-93.1 Signature authority for health care forms, etc. (a) When any law or rule requires a signature, certification, stamp, verification, affidavit, or endorsement by a physician, the document shall be deemed to authorize a signature, certification, stamp, verification, affidavit, or endorsement by a certified registered nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife for the items listed in this section. The authority in this section for a certified registered nurse practitioner and a certified nurse midwife shall be subject to an active collaboration agreement. This section applies to all of the following: (1) Certification of disability for patients to receive special access parking or disability access parking tags or placards. (a) Except as provided in subsection (h) or (i), no person shall administer prosthetic, orthotic, or pedorthic care in this state unless licensed or registered to do so in accordance with this chapter. (a) In addition to the other powers conferred by state law, a licensing board shall have the authority to do all of the following: (1) Take adverse action against the multistate licensure privilege of a nurse to practice within that party state. a. (a) After a surface coal mining and reclamation permit application has been approved but before such a permit is issued, the applicant shall file with the regulatory authority, on a form prescribed and furnished by the regulatory authority, a bond for performance payable to the state and conditioned upon faithful performance of all the requirements of this article and the permit.
