Section 22-22A-5 Powers and functions of department; representation of department by Attorney General in legal actions. Section 15-22-54 Period of probation; termination of probation; violation of terms of probation; sanctions. (a) The period of probation or suspension of execution of sentence shall be determined by the court and shall not be waived by the defendant, and the period of probation or suspension may be continued, extended, or terminated. (a) Any person whose application for a license is denied is entitled to a hearing before the board if the person submits a written request to the board. Proceedings for revocation or suspension of a license shall be commenced by filing charges with the board in writing and under oath. The charges may be made by any person or persons.
