Section 34-10-2 Application for license. (a) Every applicant for a license shall file with the Commissioner of Revenue a written application stating the name and address of the applicant, the street and number of the building in which the employment agency is to be conducted, the name of the person who is to be responsible for the general management of the office, the names and addresses of those financially interested therein, and the name under which the business of the office is to be carried on. Section 34-24-140 Board of Chiropractic Examiners - Creation; composition; powers and duties. (a) There is created and established a State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. The board shall be composed of nine members. Eight members of the board shall be active licensed chiropractors elected as provided in this section. Section 34-27-36 Disciplinary action - Generally. (a) The commission or its staff may on its own, or on the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions and records of a licensee. The commission may issue subpoenas and compel the testimony of witnesses and the production of records and documents during an investigation.
