Section 33-5-29 Rules and regulations - Filing and publication. A copy of the regulations adopted
pursuant to this article, and of any amendments thereto, shall be filed in the office of the
secretary of state, and in the office of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

Section 9-11-73 Resident hunting or fishing licenses for certain nonresident students. (a)
For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) INSTITUTION
OF HIGHER EDUCATION. An institution of higher education located in this state which meets
the requirements of and conforms to the definitions contained in the federal Higher Education

Section 33-5-75 Authority of Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to cancel certification
or to suspend or revoke privilege of operating vessel; procedures. (a) The Commissioner of
Conservation and Natural Resources may cancel any boater safety certification upon determining
that the holder of the certification was not entitled to the issuance or that the holder failed
to give the correct or required information in the application for certification. Upon cancellation
