Section 33-5-100 Unauthorized alteration or removal of identification number or registration information; forfeiture. (a) As used in this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) FALSIFY. The term includes alter and forge. (2) IDENTIFIABLE COMPONENT PART. The term includes any part of a vessel or outboard motor that has an identifying number stamped, molded, engraved, cast, or placed on it by the manufacturer or any part that can be identified by other means as being a part of a particular vessel or outboard motor. (3) IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. Section 40-17-326 Taxable activities; terminal operators deemed suppliers; tax to be added to selling price of motor fuel. (a) A tax is imposed on the removal within this state of motor fuel from the terminal using the terminal rack, other than by bulk transfer. (a) There are exempted from the provisions of this division and from the computation of the amount of the tax levied, assessed, or payable under this division the following: (1) The gross proceeds of the sales of lubricating oil and gasoline as defined in Sections 40-17-30 and 40-17-170 and the gross proceeds from those sales of lubricating oil destined for out-of-state use which are transacted in a manner whereby an out-of-state purchaser takes delivery of such oil at a distributor's plant within this state and transports it out-of-state, which are otherwise taxed.
